Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. 
Maintain an organized filing system for electronic and paper documents. 
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing. 
Support the planning and execution of company projects and initiatives. 
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. 
Provide support for accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense reports.

<li>Become familiar with CPAP devices and help patients with issues regarding their therapy </li>
<li>Assist in opening and closing the office each day </li>

Skills we are seeking:
<ul>
<li>Ability to work independently and positively interact with patients, referring offices and staff over the phone, in person and through email </li>
<li>Two years' experience in customer service dealing with customers/patients in person and over the phones </li>
<li>Ability to deescalate upset patients/customers when needed </li>
<li>Experience scheduling appointments using an online software scheduling tool </li>
<li>Two years' experience in healthcare/medical field strongly preferred </li>
<li>Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs </li>
<li>Experience in Electronic Medical Records software is preferred, Brightree is a plus </li>
