Responsibilities:
• Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including processing forms, applications, and confidential documents.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing information, clarifying policies, and assisting with inquiries related to eligibility and procedures.
• Review and verify forms and reports for accuracy and compliance with established regulations and procedures.
• Maintain detailed and organized databases, files, and records, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Research discrepancies in documentation and resolve issues to maintain data integrity.
• Apply departmental policies and procedures to evaluate the completeness of applications and records.
• Ensure compliance with records retention schedules by organizing and storing documents appropriately.
• Answer incoming calls, addressing inquiries or directing them to appropriate departments.
• Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front office operations.
• Support the team in day-to-day administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.• Proven experience in administrative assistance or clerical roles.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Familiarity with office equipment and tools, including phone systems and databases.
