Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated Property Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Coachella, California. In this role, you will provide essential support to property management operations, ensuring compliance with Affordable Housing programs and tax credit requirements. Responsibilities:
• Perform daily administrative tasks to support property management operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for Affordable Housing and tax credit compliance.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members with strong attention to detail.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with Affordable Housing programs and tax credit regulations.
• Handle scheduling, correspondence, and general office duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct data entry and document tracking with high attention to detail.
• Provide support for reporting and audits related to housing programs.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve resident concerns and inquiries.
• Manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining organizational standards.
• Utilize office technology and software to streamline administrative processes.• Minimum of one year of experience in property management, Affordable Housing, or tax credit compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office technology.
• Experience with Affordable Housing programs and tax credit compliance is required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Successful completion of background screening prior to employment.
• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus for interacting with diverse communities.
