Effective rate consists of:

<li>Hourly rate: $16.50- $19.00, based on experience</li>
<li>Incentives: $1.00-$2.00 per hour average, based on productivity</li>

What is the job as a Tire Technician?
<ul>
<li>Work as a team to perform basic preventive maintenance</li>
<li>Repair tires, perform tire rotations</li>
