Registered Dental Hygienist needed in Palm Desert, CA!

We are a well-established, privately owned fee-for-service dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care in a calm, supportive environment. Our commitment to excellence allows us to focus on each patient’s individual needs without the limitations of insurance-based dentistry.

Schedule
We are looking to hire a hygienist for three days per week. The days are flexible between Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. No Fridays.

Patient care hours are 8:00–5:00 with a dedicated lunch from 12:00–1:00. Arrival and departure are expected to be at least 15 minutes before and after the first and last patient.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene procedures
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment options
• Maintain accurate records and charting
• Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to provide comprehensive care
• Ensure a positive and comfortable patient experience

Requirements

• Current Dental Hygiene license in California
• Minimum of 3 years of dental hygiene experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Experience in a fee-for-service setting is a plus, but not required
