Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Now, your role: Program Supervisor As a Program Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation of ABA programs, providing supervision to Behavior Technicians, and fostering a supportive environment for clients, families, and staff.
Responsibilities

<li>Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA programs for clients, ensuring they are evidence-based, goal-oriented, and tailored to each client's needs</li>
<li>Regularly monitor and assess client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary</li>
<li>Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in developing behavior intervention plans</li>
<li>Provide ongoing supervision, training, and coaching to a team of 4-6 Behavior Technicians, ensuring their professional growth and adherence to best practices in ABA</li>
<li>Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate regular team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and brainstorm strategies for challenging cases</li>
<li>Prepare comprehensive and accurate written reports detailing client progress, behavior assessment outcomes, and intervention strategies</li>
<li>Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with organizational and industry standards</li>
<li>Develop engaging and appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, that align with clients' goals and interests, enhancing their overall learning experience</li>

Required Skills/Abilities

Experience and Qualifications
