Based on experience, the expected pay range for this position is between $17.50&nbsp;per hour and&nbsp;$20.24&nbsp;per hour. This is achieved through a base hourly wage ranging from&nbsp;$10.30&nbsp;to&nbsp;$14.00, a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store sales.
