Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES: The responsibilities of the Teacher will include but not limited to the following:&nbsp;●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitor students and maintain adequate supervision at all times●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Implement the use of curriculum and plan/develop age-appropriate individualized activities to meet student's unique needs and developmental levels including physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development&nbsp;●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure preparation and service of meals comply with program qualities and standards●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure classroom and outdoor environment is always maintained and safe following program compliance and best practices●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Monthly submission of lesson plans and activities for each week of care●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Adhere to program policies and procedures including acceptable disciplinary policies and procedures●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Conduct monthly emergency procedures as outlined in policies and procedures to ensure staff and students are familiar with protocols and evacuation routes●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Implement daily activities including but not limited to, singing songs, playing games, and reading books to the children to enhance their developmental levels●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Establish and maintain daily classroom routines and follow daily classroom schedule to the best of your ability&nbsp;●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide students with quality interactions as modeled in the standards set by the CLASS tool&nbsp;●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Effective and appropriate communication with children, staff and families daily including but not limited to greeting parents at pick up and drop off●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure and maintain daily collection of the DRDP Anecdotal Notes, and inputting daily entries into Learning Genie platform including but not limited to Anecdotal notes, photos and communication to families●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Meet agency deadlines for DRDP’s, ERS and ASQ’s in compliance with program requirements●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Provide a positive and inclusive environment for students of all needs including the implementation of IEP, IFSP and/or behavior support plan goals.●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Conduct Parent Teacher conferences for all students at least twice a year, student orientations upon enrollment, and keep parents informed of program expectations regarding program activities and their child’s progress●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly records to ensure timely submission●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Discuss identified problems and needs with your direct supervisor●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Additional duties as assigned for program needs and compliance&nbsp;MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Education: Must have and possess Associate Teacher Permit or higher. Must have completed a minimum of 12 core Early Childhood Education (ECE) / Child Development (CDE) college units. along with completion of High School diploma.&nbsp;●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Infant Teacher must have completed a minimum of (6) infant/toddler units in ECE or CDE.●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience: Previous teaching experience or experience working with children●&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Personal Qualities: Need to be friendly and inviting. Responsibilities:

<li>Evaluate and review student applications, transcripts, and other required documents to determine eligibility for admission.</li>
<li>Provide accurate information about program requirements, curriculum, tuition, financial aid options, and scholarship opportunities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other college departments, such as financial aid and academic advising, to ensure a seamless admissions process for students.</li>
<li>Follow up with prospective students to address questions, provide additional information, and encourage enrollment.</li>
<li>Represent the college at college fairs, community events, and high school visits to promote our programs and recruit prospective students.</li>
