We are seeking multiple Full-Time Spanish Speaking Paraprofessionals for in-person school-based positions in Coachella, CA.

Responsibilities
- Support students with special needs in classroom and small group settings
- Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide academic, behavioral, and emotional support to students
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff
- Document student progress and behavior as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
- Experience working with children or students with special needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
