Primary Purpose:

Ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience in:

<li>Providing quality repair and maintenance skills</li>
<li>General Installations and Repairs including buy not limited to:
<ul>
<li>painting skills</li>
<li>Drywall repair</li>
<li>Basic carpentry</li>
<li>Flooring</li>
<li>Plumbing-Installation &amp; Repairs</li>
<li>Basic diagnostic appliance knowledge</li>
<li>Knowledge on how to work home devices (TV, Internet, Modem, Apple TV, Amazon Fire-Stick) etc.</li>
<li>Knowledge and skill for working applications on smart phone to input receipts. open and close work orders.</li>
