* Act as the first point of contact for our guests, vendors, and, occasionally, our owners within a local management office 
* Be responsible for taking incoming phone calls, occasional outbound calls, and responding to emails or chats on a daily basis from guests who have questions or concerns about a reservation, statement or other concern 
* Assist with the creation and delegation of maintenance and housekeeping tickets (If applicable) 
* Verify unit availability to assist with scheduling vendor or realtor visits 
* Meet and maintain Vacasa standards and metrics such as guest satisfaction, accuracy, efficiency, and inquiry conversion to reservations 
* Build and maintain business relationships and open lines of communication with other internal support teams

* Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices 
* Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts

This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company's locations: The Madison Club, set in the city of La Quinta, CA. The Madison Club is seeking a Landscaper to join the Golf Course Maintenance Department.The Landscaper is responsible for maintaining the grounds of the club and residential homes. Responsibilities may include weeding (chemical and manual), lawn mowing, string trimming, edging, mulching, pruning, and raking. This position is key to maintaining a magnificent visual appeal to our members. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.Key Responsibilities •Maintain landscapes throughout golf course, club amenities, residential homes and common areas to include but not limited to weeding, lawn mowing, and string trimming, edging, mulching, fertilizing, pruning, and raking. •Install new landscape plantings and annual color (spring and fall) at residential homes, on the golf course, and around the club.•Water and maintain new plantings as well as annual plantings. •Participate in leaf removal during dormant seasons, as needed, throughout property. •Basic knowledge of proper chemical and fertilizer applications to maintain a healthy and aesthetically pleasing landscape.•Safe operation of all hand tools, large and small equipment such as push mowers, zero turn mowers, skid steer, tractors and mini-excavator.•Keep all work areas orderly and neat. •Assist with landscape projects as requested.•Participate in daily set-up/closing of the departments' tools and equipment. •Report any safety or maintenance issues immediately to the Landscape Manager/Horticulturist.•Attend department meetings and trainings as necessary. •Any other duties as assigned.
