The position requires excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, along with the ability to support the F&amp;B experience at PSSC. This is a full-time position required to work at the property. This position requires non-traditional working hours which includes working nights and weekends and holidays.
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Busser/Runner to join our team. As a Busser/Runner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient functioning of our establishment. 1. Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist in presenting menus and providing information about the dishes and beverages offered.

7. Help upsell additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks, by communicating specials to guests.
8. Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages as directed, following established recipes and guidelines.
9. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
10. Set up tables and ensure they are properly arranged with necessary condiments and utensils.
11. Collaborate with other team members, such as hosts/hostesses and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
12. Assist with the processing of customer payments as needed, following the direction of servers.
13. Follow all relevant health and safety regulations and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
14. Assist in restocking supplies and notify management when items are running low.
15. Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required to enhance job knowledge and performance.
 
Qualifications and Skills: 1. Proven experience as a Busser/Runner or in a similar customer service role is preferred. 
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. 
3. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. 
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. 
5. Basic math skills for accurately processing payments and making change. 
6. Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including an understanding of ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
7. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a highly visible role that has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Welcomes and accommodates guests, visitors, and staff in a warm and courteous manner. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. 4. Inventory Management:· Maintain an inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies needed for maintenance and repair tasks.· Coordinate with the procurement team to order necessary materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Team Collaboration:· Work closely with other maintenance technicians and park staff to address maintenance issues promptly.· Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff when required.· Communicate effectively with the Facilities Manager and report any significant maintenance concerns. 
 
6. Guest Interaction:· Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and address their maintenance-related inquiries courteously.· Assist in resolving guest complaints related to maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner. 
 
Qualifications:
