RESPONSIBILITIES
The Certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in person to clients at their home, apartment gym or outside while encouraging them to reach their fitness goals. Responsibilities are as follows:

<li>Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment</li>
<li>Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming &amp; session notes</li>
<li>Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications</li>
<li>Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks</li>
<li>Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software</li>
<li>Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments</li>
<li>Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes</li>

QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.</li>
<li>CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.</li>
<li>Education and experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of personal training experience.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and technically.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.</li>
<li>Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.</li>
<li>Physical ability: Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. and performing athletic calisthenics duties.</li>
<li>Requirements for this position include the possession of personal basic training equipment to effectively assist clients in achieving their goals. It is important to note that clients may not always have access to the necessary equipment.</li>

LVN provides care to a specific group of patients as delegated by and under the supervision of an R.N./MD The L.V.N. collects data and reports significant findings to R.N./MD. An L.V.N. performs basic nursing skills and maintains positive interpersonal relations with peers, patients, patient’s families and physicians.
 
Essential Job Functions:

<li>Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies, and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations</li>
<li>Collects data and reports findings to R.N./MD</li>
<li>Communicates data on patient assessment to R.N./MD</li>
<li>Demonstrates skills in accordance with EIC Standards of Care, policies, procedures, and Nurse Practice Act.</li>
<li>Demonstrates ability to independently perform basic and specialized nursing skills fundamental to the unit within scope of practice.</li>
<li>Maintains lab and other diagnostic test results and reports in a timely manner to R.N./MD</li>
<li>Works under direction of R.N./MD and completes assignments as directed</li>
<li>Utilizes non-patient care time to help other Nurses and modalities.</li>
<li>Starts IV safely and competently in addition to managing and treating IV infiltrations</li>
<li>Performs pre-procedure assessments, preparation and post-procedure care.</li>
<li>Provides timely, accurate and precise reporting of any change in patient condition to the R.N./Radiologist.</li>
<li>Appropriately assesses, treats, and manages patients for contrast allergies, renal function, diabetes, claustrophobia, etc.</li>
<li>Administers and documents medications (under direction of RNs / Medical Director), ensuring patient safety following Federal guidelines.</li>
<li>Co-manages the care of all outpatients/inpatients to include scheduling, interviewing, preparation and transportation.</li>
<li>Assists in the care of any patient with special needs.</li>
<li>Manages medical emergencies under the guidance of the radiologists / RNs.</li>
<li>Maintains all nursing and medical emergency equipment including (but not limited to) oxygen supply.</li>
<li>Demonstrates competency in the operation of equipment specific to clinical area.</li>
<li>Practices accurate and timely completion of scheduled and unscheduled work to maximize productivity.</li>
<li>Adheres to radiation safety guidelines under the direction of the technologists and/or radiologists.</li>
<li>Provide for patient care; comfort, safety and patient confidentiality.</li>
<li>Ability to manage high patient volumes.</li>

Responsibilities:

<li>Deliver direct implementation of ABA services under the direction of a Supervisor/BCBA.</li>
<li>Collect data on goals throughout the session as set forth in the treatment plan.</li>
<li>Work in various settings, including home, community, school, clinic, or other assigned locations, with individuals with autism or related disabilities.</li>
<li>Address problem behaviors using positive behavior support techniques developed by a Supervisor and BCBA.</li>
<li>Assist with caregiver support and training as needed.</li>
<li>Arrive on time for scheduled sessions and end sessions punctually.</li>
<li>Submit timecards and complete clinical notes for each session on time per company policy.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Supervisors and BCBAs.</li>
<li>Follow all ethical standards related to ABA service delivery and adhere to company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Assist with new hire training by providing overlaps and shadowing opportunities.</li>

Qualifications and Requirements:
