JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Promote a positive environment that supports the needs of the golfers • Deliver helpful, friendly, and consistent customer service • Coordinate and assist with golf functions, including member/outside tournaments, scoring, and other support • Perform Starter duties (checking in players, calling tee times, etc.) • Maintain thorough knowledge of shop merchandise and effectively sell to customers • Operate the cash register and receive/process payments from customers (cash, credit, and member cards) • All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS: • High School Diploma (or equivalent) • Experience or on-the-job training in golf course operations and rules; at least (2) years on a course is highly preferred • Retail sales experience is a big plus • Conflict resolution skills and a high degree of diplomacy/tact • Excellent written and verbal communication • Must be a team player who is committed to delivering high-level customer service • Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record • Professional and respectful demeanor with all staff and guests at all times • Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record in compliance with Company policy
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Use standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc. • Use standard retail store equipment, including: register, merchandise tools, etc. • Be stationary or in motion for periods of time • Relocate up to (25) pounds • Travel to and from offsite locations

Job Description 
Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence of the restaurant and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.
The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers. It also includes both inside and outside work in varied temperatures, working with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products that require the use of personal protective equipment and physical activities necessary to complete the responsibilities of the job.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:

<li>Executes restaurant operations functions</li>
<li>Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant</li>
<li>Manages cash handling and ensures accountability</li>

<li>Executes shift management meeting Raising Cane’s operations and safety standards</li>
<li>Uses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective action when needed</li>

<li>Provides exemplary customer service</li>
<li>Utilizes reward and recognition program for the crewmembers in the restaurant</li>
<li>Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g. discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides, etc.)</li>
<li>Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and ensures the facility is in good working order</li>

Qualifications 
Requirements for Success:

<li>3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience</li>

<li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li>
