We seek a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Associate to deliver an industry-leading experience for home buyers. This role will serve as a point of contact for purchasers from contract to closing, ensuring a seamless home-buying journey while introducing Club memberships.
As a licensed Assistant, the individual will provide administrative and customer support for a Sales Agent, contributing to licensed activities to ensure compliance with real estate regulations. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to engage with homebuyers, builders, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Access to Property
<ul>
<li>Allow professionals to enter a property for inspection or repairs with the principal's permission.</li>
<li>Must be physically present during inspections but cannot use lockbox keys.</li>
</ul>
Arranging Appointments &amp; Coordination
<ul>
<li>Host, schedule and arrange appointments for licensed real estate agents.</li>
<li>Coordinate home inspections, repairs, and third-party services as needed.</li>
<li>Arrange property visits, open houses, and meetings between clients and real estate professionals.</li>
<li>Order reports and services (e.g., pest control, appraisals, credit reports) under a licensee's direction.</li>
</ul>
Client Engagement &amp; Communication
<ul>
<li>Serve as a point of contact for homebuyers, guiding them through purchasing while supporting real estate professionals.</li>
<li>Communicate with principals and service providers regarding transaction timelines and service completion.</li>
<li>Provide a seamless experience from contract signing to closing, ensuring all needs are met.</li>
<li>Offer a warm handoff to Onsite Community and Club team members.</li>
<li>Support buyers with licensed inquiries and direct them to the appropriate contacts.</li>
</ul>
Contacting &amp; Lead Generation
<ul>
<li>Contact potential clients to gauge interest in broker services and refer them to agents.</li>
</ul>
Document Handling &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Prepare and complete documents under the supervision of real estate agent.</li>
<li>Deliver, pick up, and obtain signatures on transaction documents.</li>
<li>Cannot discuss the content or significance of documents with clients.</li>
<li>Check transaction documents for completeness; a licensed agent must determine final compliance.</li>
<li>Maintain a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to track buyer engagement and follow-ups.</li>
</ul>
Mortgage Loan Brokerage Support
<ul>
<li>Assist brokers in fulfilling mortgage obligations but cannot negotiate terms.</li>
<li>Provide written, factual loan information from broker-prepared materials.</li>
<li>Notify borrowers about missing information in applications.</li>
<li>Enter borrower information in loan applications or databases.</li>
<li>Contact lenders for loan status updates and relay information.</li>
</ul>
Customer Service &amp; Problem-Solving
<ul>
<li>Provide exceptional guest service, mitigating challenges in the home-buying process.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between buyers and builders to resolve concerns.</li>
<li>Support buyers with licensed inquiries and direct them to the appropriate contacts.</li>
</ul>
New Home Buyer Support
<ul>
<li>Ensure a seamless experience for new home buyers from contract to closing.</li>
<li>Act as a point of contact for new home buyers.</li>
<li>Deliver the highest level of guest service and mitigate traditional real estate buying pain points.</li>
<li>Engage builders/developers on behalf of the home buyer to resolve the item.</li>
<li>Direct new home buyers to the proper contacts throughout the sales journey.</li>
<li>Introduce the homeowner to a design center consultant.</li>
<li>Present Club memberships to new home buyers.</li>
<li>Warm transition and handoff to the Onsite Community and Club cast members.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of real estate experience or equivalent customer service/hospitality experience.</li>
<li>Valid CA real estate license</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and other technology tools.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold brand integrity.</li>
<li>Experience in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer engagement.</li>
<li>A valid Driver's License.</li>
</ul>
Education:

<li>Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.</li>
</ul>

 The hiring range for this position in California is $28.00 - $30.80 per hour.
