Key Responsibilities:

Who You Are: (Requirements of the Position)

The Community Manager I is responsible for:

Responsibilities:

<li>Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions</li>
<li>Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies accurately</li>
<li>Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements, in compliance with legal and regulatory standards</li>
<li>Maintain and regularly update property listings to ensure accurate and current market representation</li>
<li>Professionally present, promote, and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Proven sales success in the real estate industry or a strong background in a sales-driven environment</li>
<li>Personable and approachable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to guide clients through real estate transactions confidently</li>
<li>Tech-savvy, with basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and common CRM tools</li>
<li>Self-motivated and team-oriented, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively</li>
</ul>

<li>Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required for property visits and client meetings</li>
</ul>

<li>Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the country</li>
