Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for Cannabis Harvest and Processing Techs to work at their grow operations and processing facilities in the Desert Hot Springs, California area. You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis company. You have a strong work ethic and are very attentive to details. This is a temporary assignment. You will be working 8 hour days. Housing is not provided.

Your duties will include cutting, deleafing, hanging, sorting and other harvest duties as assigned. Your duties also could include rolling pre-rolls, packaging and other processing duties. While experience is not required, you must be willing and able to learn quickly. 6+ months of experience is preferred.

 Job Summary Luxury Desert Escapes Property Maintenance &amp; Housekeeping Inspectors position primary function is to ensure that the properties assigned are clean, safe, and working order meeting Luxury Desert Escapes Standards. This is done by completing assigned maintenance work orders and completing home arrival inspections after the housekeeping team has completed the clean of the property.
 Areas of Responsibility and Duties
<ul>
<li>Complete assigned daily maintenance and home inspection work orders</li>
<li>Accurately complete required documentation; submitting any required information at the end of the shift</li>
<li>Work independently on assigned maintenance and home inspection orders or assignments</li>
<li>Spot safety &amp; cleanliness issues and address in a timely manner</li>
<li>Understand basic operation of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and other handyman duties</li>
<li>Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment notifying management of any vendor needed items.</li>
<li>Maintain maintenance &amp; housekeeping inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed</li>
<li>Assist guests with troubleshooting of home issues including technology in homes</li>
<li>Assist in cleaning homes as needed to correct issues, when time permits, and as the situation dictates</li>
<li>Assist in enforcing a superior level of cleanliness and standard property appearance</li>
<li>Observe established policies and procedures</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
<li>After hours On Call Required to help with Guest issues</li>

Qualifications Minimum Eligibility Requirements

<li>High School Diploma, GED or equivalent</li>
<li>Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record</li>
<li>Insured Vehicle that you can use for work (mileage reimbursement is provided) or use of company trucks</li>
<li>Strong Verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Basic Understanding of electrical, painting, pool systems, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and Handyman skills</li>
<li>Proficient with technology including mobile technology / applications</li>
<li>Cell Phone with the ability to access the web and download apps</li>
<li>Live in the area in which you are applying</li>
<li>Ability to work in the United States</li>
<li>Spanish/English speaking preferred</li>

Working Conditions This position operates in a professional environment. This position routinely uses standard tools, power equipment, cleaning supplies, cleaning equipment, cell phones, and office equipment. This position requires travel from storage, stores, and office facilities to each cleaning/work order assignment. All Luxury Desert Escapes employees are required to pass a background check before being hired.
 Physical requirements This job is physical requiring constant movement 90% of the time. Lifting/moving requirements are generally up to 50 pounds. This position requires the need to crouch, stoop and bend for 90% of the shift. Normal workdays are between eight and ten hours.
