As a Vascular Access Nurse Consultant, you will work collaboratively with our customer's clinical team to resolve venous access issues to facilitate the treatment objectives of the treating physician. Join our Urologic Institute team as a full time Medical Assistant focusing on exceptional patient care and education. This full time opportunity has a Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule, and provides coverage at our center in Palm Desert. Our ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recent Medical Assistant experience (post externship), Graduate of Medical Assistant school, Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, BLS/CPR Certified and bilingual highly preferred.
Responsibilities: Interviews patients measures vital signs, such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height and records information in the patients' medical record accurately and in a timely manner.

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Urology
We are seeking a hospital and clinic-based role Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Palm Springs, CA. There will be occasional travel to the Palm Desert location as well. 
This is a full-time, clinic-based role with a Monday-Friday schedule only. You will work 1:1 with a trained urologist specializing in male/female urology.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide outpatient care to patients with conditions such as incontinence, vaginal prolapse, recurrent UTIs, pelvic pain, etc.</li>
<li>Examine patients and review their medical records</li>
<li>Order and study diagnostic tests</li>
<li>This role will conduct hospital rounds, admission and consults for local hospitals</li>
<li>Diagnose conditions and propose treatments</li>
<li>Assist with patient calls, medication refills, and other administrative tasks</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and schedules</li>
<li>Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications</li>
<li>Educate patients and their family members on good health practices</li>
<li>Perform other duties assigned</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

<li>Active CA State License</li>
<li>Willingness to commit to learning the specialty</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively</li>
