We are seeking a fellowship-trained, intervention-focused Pain Medicine physician to join our high-volume practice in Southern California's Palm Springs region. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled proceduralist ready to build a robust neuromodulation-centered practice with immediate access to a strong referral network and comprehensive ASC capabilities.
Position Overview
Join a streamlined pod model where you'll work alongside one Advanced Practice Provider, supported by two Medical Assistants and a centralized scheduling and revenue cycle management team. This structure allows you to focus on clinical excellence and patient care while maintaining an efficient, high-volume interventional practice. Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with no nights and no weekends.

Required Qualifications
- ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship with 2026 completion
- Board-eligible or board-certified through ABA, ABPMR, or ABPN
- Documented neuromodulation experience including spinal cord stimulator trials and permanent implants
- Demonstrated fluoroscopy proficiency with high procedural volume
- Clean credentialing and licensure history
- Commitment to intervention-first philosophy with daily procedure volumes of 20-30 cases
- Ability to maintain new patient access under seven days
Preferred Qualifications
- DRG stimulation experience with documented case logs
- Intrathecal pump/targeted drug delivery background
- Formal SCS/DRG proctoring credentials or completion of recognized neuromodulation courses
- Interest in satellite clinic development opportunities in 2026
