Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Jewelry Assembler to join our spiritual and energetic jewelry creation business. The ideal candidate will help document our designs and primarily focus on assembling beaded bracelets and necklaces with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble beaded bracelets and necklaces according to established designs
- Document the creation process and specifications for our spiritual jewelry pieces
- Work on-site one day per week for collaboration and training
- Complete assembly work from home the remainder of the week
- Attach findings (clasps, jump rings, etc.) with precision and durability
- Maintain inventory of components used in each piece
- Ensure consistency across multiple pieces of the same design
- Handle delicate materials with appropriate care
Requirements:
- Previous experience assembling beaded jewelry
- Proficiency with jewelry findings and attachment techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining craftsmanship
- Understanding of or appreciation for spiritual/energetic properties of materials
- Positive energy and collaborative mindset
- Reliable transportation to on-site workday
- Must have adequate workspace at home for assembly
- Strong organizational skills for tracking designs and materials
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in jewelry assembly
- Knowledge of gemstone properties and energetic qualities
- Experience with documenting creative processes
This position is perfect for someone who appreciates the spiritual aspects of jewelry creation and brings positive energy to their craftsmanship.
