Rehabilitation Manager – PT/OT/ST

We’re looking for a Rehabilitation Manager to oversee PT, OT, and ST services for frail, elderly participants with complex needs. You’ll mentor and develop your team, ensure top-quality rehab outcomes, and help design the way we work as we expand.
What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor rehabilitation staff, guiding daily operations and team growth
</li>
<li>
Oversee patient care plans and ensure outcomes meet high standards
</li>
<li>
Apply your rehab expertise to innovate and improve care
</li>
</ul>
What You Bring:
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor’s in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy
</li>
<li>
5+ years of rehab experience, 1–3 years in management preferred
</li>
<li>
2+ years supervising and developing teams
</li>
<li>
Experience treating frail, elderly participants with complex needs
</li>
</ul>
