Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Multiple positions are available for skilled professionals to support students in K-12 settings located in Indio, CA, for the school year 2025-2026. This opportunity is ideal for dedicated individuals who are passionate about enhancing student communication and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each student's needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure a cohesive approach to student care.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Engage in teletherapy or in-person sessions as required, utilizing effective strategies to engage students.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and ethical guidelines in the provision of speech therapy services.

Qualifications:

  • Active California Clinical Credential (CTC) or pending status as of May 1, 2025.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with best practices.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing the ability to serve diverse student populations.
