<h3>Job Description</h3>
As a Chief Nursing Officer, you will play a crucial role in the strategic leadership for all nursing and other designated patient care functions and services within the organization. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>You will assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate the nursing practice on a facility level</li>
<li>Assume 24/7 responsibility and accountability to ensure high quality nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care</li>
<li>Represent nursing concerns on the governing board and at medical staff leadership meetings</li>
</ul>
 
Key Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated history of progressive nursing leadership</li>
<li>Ability to oversee 10 Directors, 270 Nurses, and 145-bed facility</li>
<li>Experience spearheading retention and technology adoption efforts</li>
<li>Experience in building strategy to increase throughput through an Emergency Department</li>
<li>Experience overseeing a union workforce in a for-profit organization</li>
<li>Active CA Nursing License or willing to obtain</li>
</ul>
 
Compensation and Additional Information:
<ul>
<li>Salary up $225K</li>
<li>Progressive Bonus Structure based on Performance</li>
<li>Travel is 25% (local)</li>
