Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in Anaheim, Modesto, and Rancho Mirage, California. The NP will work across various healthcare settings including primary care, specialty clinics, and urgent care centers. This role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive healthcare services, manage acute and chronic conditions, and promote overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications, therapies, and other interventions in accordance with California state regulations and organizational policies
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging
• Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health promotion, and chronic condition management
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay informed on evidence-based practices

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in California
• National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., AANP, ANCC)
• BLS/ACLS certification (as required by specialty or employer)

Compensation

• Salary Range: $115,000 – $135,000
• Additional Incentives: RVU and quality bonuses
