What Youll Do

• Deliver one-on-one physical therapy in patients homes or skilled nursing facilities
  
  
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
  
  
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure patient success
  
  

What Youll Need

• DPT or PT degree (required)
  
  
• 2+ years of experience (Home Health or SNF preferred)
  
  
• California PT License & Drivers License
  
  
• Current CPR, TB test, and Professional Liability Insurance
  
  

Compensation & Benefits
