Palm Springs Kia is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Internet Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

As an Internet Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and chat inquiries.

  • Educate customers on Team Kia of El Cajon’s vehicles, specials, and services through digital channels.

  • Set and confirm sales appointments with qualified customers.

  • Maintain a high level of follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

  • Update and manage customer information in CRM software with accuracy.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handoff and experience.

  • Participate in all company-provided training to stay ahead of digital trends and BDC best practices.

  • Consistently work to exceed monthly appointment and sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.

  • Previous BDC, internet sales, or call center experience preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Ability to handle high call and email volume while maintaining quality.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools, internet lead management, and digital communication platforms.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in both independent and team settings.

  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to adapt to challenges.

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
