Soliant is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in the beautiful city of Rancho Mirage, CA. If you're passionate about helping students improve their communication skills and thrive in a school setting, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Heres what you need to know:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Caseload: K-12 students
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: End of school year (with the potential to extend)
• On-site position

What you'll be doing:

• Providing speech therapy to students in grades K-12 who are dealing with a variety of speech and language challenges
• Assessing students speech and language needs and developing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive environment for student success
• Documenting student progress and keeping records in line with school and state requirements
• Helping students work through issues like articulation, fluency, and language delays to improve their communication skills

What were looking for:

• A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California state licensure (or the ability to obtain it)
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required
• School-based experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• A genuine passion for working with students and making a real impact on their lives
