Blended Overnight Resident Services Coordinator & Front Desk
Living Out Palm Springs, a 55+ LGBTQ+ residential community, is seeking a dedicated individual for the Blended Overnight Resident Services Coordinator and Front Desk position. This full-time role combines overnight security and Resident services with daytime/evening front desk responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Overnight Resident Services Coordinator:
• Oversee security operations, including gate access, routine patrols, and camera monitoring.
• Respond promptly to emergencies such as medical incidents, severe weather, or other critical
situations.
• Address Resident requests, including urgent needs and after-hours assistance.
• Conduct facility inspections, reporting and addressing maintenance or safety concerns.
• Handle administrative tasks, assist with Resident lockouts, and prepare the café for continental
breakfast service.
Front Desk:
• Screen, greet, and direct Residents, guests, and vendors.
• Handle calls, emails, and administrative tasks.
• Manage mail and package distribution.
• Address Resident concerns and assist with prospective Residents.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Willingness to obtain First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
• Commitment to a safe, welcoming environment.
• Must pass a background check.
