Job DescriptionCoachella Ace Hardware is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Manager to help lead our Coachella Ace Hardware team on week nights and weekends. In this role, youll support the General Manager by keeping operations running smoothly, guiding team members, and making sure every customer feels welcome and cared for. What Youll Do:

<li>Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and on the phone</li>
<li>Help with store operations, inventory, and merchandising</li>
<li>Train, coach, and support team members</li>
<li>Ensure the store is safe, organized, and customer-ready</li>
</ul>

<li>Bi-Lingual preferred</li>
<li>Leadership ability and a team-first attitude</li>
<li>Organized, proactive, and eager to learn</li>
<li>Comfortable with computers and retail systems</li>
<li>Available week day evenings and weekends</li>
