Summary:

Oversee all aspects of Korean Player Development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Utilize years in the casino industry to maintain existing Korean FSRC players and market new and dormant Korean players to the property.
• Will use marketing tools such as direct mail, telemarketing, and establishing new on-site and off-site special events to draw in potential Korean customers to FSRC.
• Will be closely monitored by the GM and VP on increasing the number of Korean customers at FSRC and their contribution to drop and handle.
• The Director of Player Development will generate revenue from new and existing players with proper comping procedures to maintain FSRC financial goals along with Asian bus marketing and entertainment.

This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced, or deleted to meet the business needs of the company.

Requirements:

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• Bachelor's Degree related to the field is preferred.
• Five to seven years in Casino Marketing preferred.
• Bilingual English/Korean required
