Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Current State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

- Strong understanding of speech and language development, and related disorders
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and parents
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Location: Indio, CA
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Conduct student assessments and maintain progress documentation as required
- Provide direct support to students in both one-on-one and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to enhance students' communication skills
- Facilitate assessment sessions and participate in IEP meetings as appropriate
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in speech-language pathology
