Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Current State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Location: Indio, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Conduct student assessments and maintain progress documentation as required
  • Provide direct support to students in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to enhance students' communication skills
  • Facilitate assessment sessions and participate in IEP meetings as appropriate
  • Stay updated on best practices and trends in speech-language pathology
