Operates 10 health clinics, 4 dental clinics, 3 WIC Nutrition Education Centers, and 6 WIC voucher distribution sites. Dedicated to excellent care, high-quality customer service, and adherence to the highest moral and ethical standards. All clinics have bilingual and bi-cultural staff to assist patients.
Position Overview
Role: Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician (Full-Time)
Provide high-quality healthcare to female patients, monitor reproductive health, deliver babies, manage chronic conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
Key Responsibilities

Provide highest quality healthcare to female patients

Monitor patients during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods

Perform tests, prescribe medications and treatments as needed

Deliver babies safely for both mother and infant

Participate in developing and reviewing clinic policies and services
-
Deliver outpatient and in-hospital medical care
-
Ensure accurate charting and documentation
-
Manage chronic patient conditions
-
Adhere to medical and administrative protocols and ethics

Consult Medical Director on patient management
-
Recommend further treatments and specialist referrals
-
Participate in staff meetings and clinic improvement initiatives
-
Prescribe essential medications
-
Perform related duties as directed by Medical Director

Implement patient-centered medical home processes
-
Facilitate audits for State and Federal compliance
-
Serve as preceptor for medical students, NP, and PA students
-
Participate in daily team meetings/huddles
-
Support nursing staff and implement clinic policies
-
Rotate between health clinics as needed
Schedule & Travel
-
Monday–Friday, 8a–5p or 9a–6p; occasional weekends
-
On-call 5–6 days per month

No travel required

Required Qualifications

Doctorate degree (MD)
-
3+ years of experience in: Gynecology, Obstetrics & Gynecology

Valid licenses/certifications:
-
DEA (California)
-
MD (California)
-
AHA BLS & ACLS
-
Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)
-
-
OBGYN Board-certified or Board-eligible
-
Supervisory experience or openness to supervise
