Position Overview

As a Seasonal Stock & Operations Associate, youll play a vital role in ensuring our boutique runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a part-time, seasonal position that runs from mid-September through early January, with opportunity to transition to regular employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with shipping and receiving of merchandise
Tag and prepare new inventory for the sales floor
Maintain a clean and organized backroom and stock areas
Support the sales team by replenishing merchandise as needed
Uphold store standards for organization, accuracy, and efficiency
Contribute to the overall holiday experience for customers through reliable and timely support

What Were Looking For
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
Previous retail or stockroom experience is a plus, but not required

Details
Starting pay: $17/hour
Hours vary based on performance and store needs. Scheduled shifts may run anywhere from 3 hours to 8 hours.
Seasonal roles run mid-September through the second week of January, with opportunity to transition to regular employment based on performance.
