We are seeking a DSP - Tier 3 Behavioral Support to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of a young male adult with Autism, PANS and ID
Responsibilities:
- Assist client with all daily living needs
- Provide behavioral interventions as needed for moderate to severe aggression
- Collaborate with other team members and take the lead on interventions
- Maintain a healthy and calm atmosphere, often under stressful situations
Qualifications:
- At least TWO experience working with clients with behavioral issues
- CPI or related de-escalation training (for example 1-1 school aid in SPED)
- A calm and patient personality
- Excellent verbal and written ENGLISH skills
- Clean drivers license and ability to drive when necessary (vehicle supplied)
