Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services. This position supports students via remote platforms, delivering assessment and intervention in speech and language development within a school setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting speech and language evaluations through teletherapy methods.
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to remote sessions.
- Collaborating with educational staff to support students' communication needs.
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with educational and clinical standards.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with appropriate state licensure.
- Proven experience in telespeech and teletherapy service delivery.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with students remotely.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology used for virtual service provision.
Location:
- Based in Indio, CA, providing virtual support to students within the school system.
