Job DescriptionBilingual Medical Office Admin

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Bilingual Medical Office Admin for our healthcare client located in Palm Springs. This position will be 100% onsite and a contract-to-hire, full time opportunity for our client.

This role will perform all adminstrative duties for the front office including patient checking in and out, scheduling patient appointments, collection of copays, insurance verification, and assisting with clerical duties. Interested candidates must be bilingual English/Spanish.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years administrative/reception experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Proficient working within multiple software systems

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in person and over the phone
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize throughout the day
  • Ability to work well with others and also independently as needed
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines and production metrics as outlined by management




Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
