Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support K-12 students during the 20252026 school year in Indio, CA. This full-time contract position involves working 40 hours per week onsite within a school setting. The caseload will primarily include students with mild to moderate disabilities, with the specific caseload to be determined.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing speech and language evaluations and therapy services to K-12 students
  • Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to students communication needs
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to intervention planning

Qualifications:

  • Possession of the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) school endorsement or equivalent licensure
  • Experience working with school-aged children across a range of speech and language disorders
  • Ability to work effectively within a school setting and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
