This is a senior leadership role for a proven producer who wants to shape a market, build elite talent, and drive sustained profitability.


The Vice President of Business Development is the chief growth and culture executive of the Market Center. You will be responsible for expanding market share, elevating agent productivity, and ensuring the long-term health and relevance of the organization.


This role carries real authority, real influence, and real upside.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

You Will:

  • Recruit high-performing agents through strategic consulting and value-driven conversations
  • Personally consult the top 20% of associates to drive productivity and profitability
  • Position Keller Williams as the premier business platform for elite agents


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and hold accountable the Market Center leadership team
  • Design and execute a high-impact, business-driven training calendar
  • Drive adoption of Keller Williams tools, models, and technology
  • Oversee and empower the Associate Leadership Council (ALC)
  • Partner with the Operating Principal on competitive strategy and recruiting initiatives
  • Maintain strong fiscal discipline and Market Center profitability
  • Protect, model, and scale Keller Williams culture
  • Lead sales meetings, business planning sessions, and key events
