Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $375,000–$400,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Starting Bonus: $20,000–$30,000 sign-on bonus + retention incentives

Relocation Assistance: Housing stipend available ($1,500–$2,000/month for up to 6 months)

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (occasional weekends and on-call 5–6 days/month)

Job Summary
We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced OBGYN Physician to join a dedicated healthcare team in the heart of Coachella Valley. You’ll deliver exceptional women’s healthcare — from preventive exams and chronic care management to prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services. This position also provides opportunities for leadership, mentorship, and community health impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to female patients
- Oversee prenatal, natal, and postnatal monitoring and care
- Deliver babies safely and manage labor and delivery procedures
- Prescribe and manage medications and treatments as appropriate
- Perform in-clinic procedures and maintain detailed medical documentation
- Collaborate with medical staff and consult with the Medical Director on complex cases
- Supervise or mentor Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as needed
- Participate in clinic meetings, policy discussions, and quality improvement initiatives
- Serve as preceptor for medical and NP/PA students
- Support compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
Minimum Requirements
- Doctorate degree (MD or DO)
- 3+ years of experience in Gynecology and Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active and valid licenses/certifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) – California
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) – California
- Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- Board Certified or Board-Eligible in OBGYN
- Willingness to mentor and supervise clinical staff
- Acceptance of the listed work schedule (M–F, 8a–5p, occasional weekends/on-call)
