Summary:
Deals assigned card games according to CBMI/Fantasy Springs Casino rules and regulations.
Ensures all wages are placed before cards are dealt. Computes payable odds for payable bets, pays winning bets and collects losing bets. Must maintain an entertaining and comfortable atmosphere while interacting with card players and co-workers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Exchanges paper currency for playing chips.
- Visually ensures that wagers are placed before cards are dealt.
- Shuffles and delivers playing cards according to established rules and procedures.
- Computes payable odds and commissions to pay winning bets.
- Pays winning bets and collects losing bets.
- Explains rules of games to guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

- Previous work experience in Table Games as a Dealer. Dealer must be able to define color of chips, view/read the no peek devise and stand for at least 2 and a half hours.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
