<li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in turf management, horticulture, or related fields is a plus.</li>
<li>Proven experience in golf course maintenance, with strong skills in equipment operation and turf care.</li>
<li>Technical proficiency in the maintenance and repair of machinery and irrigation systems.</li>
<li>Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Education:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or Equivalent helpful.</li>
<li>Minimum of one-year related job experience.</li>
</ul>
Language Skills:
The individual must have strong written communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees and clients at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
 
Availability:
Sunday through Thursday
