We are seeking a seasoned Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with experience in implants, veneers, and Invisalign to join our elite clinical team.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for an experienced RDA who is confident chairside, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting advanced procedures. The right candidate understands the workflow of a high-end practice and consistently delivers professionalism, efficiency, and calm excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting for implant surgeries, cosmetic veneer cases, and Invisalign treatment
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms with attention to precision and presentation
- Take high-quality digital X-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos
- Assist with implant setup, surgical instruments, and post-op protocols
- Support cosmetic procedures with efficiency and attention to detail
- Accurate clinical charting and documentation
- Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards
- Provide professional patient education and post-operative instructions
Required Qualifications
- Active California RDA license
- X-ray certification and CPR/BLS
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience
- Hands-on experience with implants, veneers, and Invisalign (recommended)
- Strong knowledge of dental materials, instruments, and workflows
- Exceptional chairside manner and polished, professional appearance
- Ability to anticipate provider needs in a fast-paced, high-standard environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $23.27 - $30.05 per hour (based on experience, PLUS MONTHLY BONUS)
