Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a CCC credential and California School SLP endorsement is sought to provide essential services for students in grades K-12 during the 20252026 school year. This contract role offers an opportunity to work onsite in Palm Desert, CA, supporting a caseload primarily focused on students with mild to moderate disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide consultative support as needed.
  • Manage a caseload that will be determined based on school and student assignments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist School endorsement.
  • Experience working with K-12 students exhibiting mild to moderate speech and language disabilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in an onsite educational setting and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
