Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available to provide district-wide support for K-12 students across the West Region, spanning from Morongo Valley to Joshua Tree, CA. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional licensed in California, seeking a contract assignment with a commitment to student development and leadership within the school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of K-12 students within the West Region.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and integrate therapy goals with educational objectives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities to foster a supportive and effective therapeutic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of California.
  • Experience working with K-12 populations in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across the district.
  • Ability to manage a caseload across multiple school sites within the region.
  • Commitment to contract duration with the potential for longevity and contribution to program leadership.

Location: Cathedral City, CA, serving the surrounding West Region including Morongo Valley and Joshua Tree.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, contract position for the school year.
