Established bakery dedicated to handcrafting artisan breads and pastries. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bread Baker to join our prodution team.
Job Responsibilities:
-Mix, shape, proof, and bake a variety of scratch-made breads, baguettes, croissants and various pastries. Maintain consistent product quality.
-Operate ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
-Must be able to follow recipes, assist with prep work. Be punctual and dependable, and work independently. Positive attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Early morning shift from 2:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Your own transportation is essential.
Requirements:
-Must have BOH bakery kitchen experience. Will train the right person. Culinary students welcome.
-Ability to lift 50 lbs., various and constant lifting, standing for long periods of time in a fast paced enviornment.
-Ensure a clean and sanitary workspace in compliance with food safety standards.
