Title: MAMMO TECHLocation: Rancho Mirage, CASchedule: Monday–Friday (Hours may vary between 7:30–4, 8–4:30, or 9:30–6 depending on coverage)Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Responsibilities:
- Follow Code of Conduct and compliance policies; report concerns
- Provide compassionate and effective patient interactions
- Escort patients and explain procedures clearly
- Obtain required medical and family history
- Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms
- Complete documentation and billing in EHR/PACS
- Perform bone density screenings (DEXA)
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and rooms
- Maintain knowledge per MQSA and state regulations
- Follow department timekeeping procedures
- Work at main campus and satellite locations
Qualifications:
Education:
- Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited School of Radiologic Technology
Licensure/Certification (Required):
- ARRT (R)
- California CRT – Radiography & Mammography
- American Heart Association BLS
Experience:
- Preferred: Mammography screening experience
