A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech and teletherapy services within a K-12 school setting located in Cathedral City, CA. This opportunity spans the contracted school year and focuses on delivering remote speech therapy to support student communication development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments via teletherapy platforms.
- Developing tailored therapy plans to address individual student needs.
- Delivering effective speech therapy sessions remotely to students across grades K-12.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Utilizing technology and telepractice best practices to maximize student engagement and outcomes.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or certification.
- Proven experience providing speech therapy services through telespeech or teletherapy methods.
