About the Role
Were looking for a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead and support a team of dedicated behavioral health professionals. If you have a strong background working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities - and a passion for making a difference - this is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-quality, person-centered care.
As a Clinical Supervisor, youll oversee clinical services, guide therapeutic strategy, and ensure our standards for care and documentation are met. This role blends leadership, mentorship, and hands-on clinical expertise to ensure our clients receive the care they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of clinicians providing behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Conduct clinical assessments and help design individualized treatment plans.
- Oversee data collection and analysis to track patient progress and inform treatment decisions.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation, including assessments, evaluations, and treatment records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create effective, evidence-based treatment strategies.
- Mentor clinical staff and provide training on behavioral therapy best practices.
- Stay up to date with regulatory and organizational guidelines to maintain compliance across services.
What Were Looking For
Required:
- Direct experience working with children in behavioral health settings is required.
- A strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques, especially for developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of medical records management and documentation standards.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Empathy, professionalism, and a client-centered mindset.
- Completion of at least 12 units of a Masters-level program in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work).
Preferred:
- Proficiency in data-driven treatment planning and diagnostic evaluation.
- Experience supervising RBTs or BTs
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
