<p>We are looking for a Porter/Groundskeeper/Junior Maintenance Technician in Indio, CA.</p>
<p>We are looking for someone with excellent cleaning skills and some handyman skills.</p>
<ul>

<li>Able to take direction</li>
<li>Neat appearance</li>
<li>Reliable and hardworking</li>
</ul>
<p>Job duties include but are not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Daily cleaning and removing trash from all common areas, management offices, parks, vacant home sites, restrooms, and clubhouse</li>
<li>Sweeping, mopping, washing windows, and vacuuming</li>
<li>Touching up painting</li>
<li>Replacing light bulbs in common areas</li>
<li>Light maintenance work</li>
<li>Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds</li>
<li>Keep supplies and equipment in a neat, clean, organized manner in a designated area</li>
<li>Maintain all maintenance equipment in good working condition</li>
</ul>
<p>Must pass a drug screening and employment background check.</p>
