Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $24 - $24 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Technician:
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, conveyors, packaging lines, mixers, and other production equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and make necessary repairs
- Conduct equipment changeovers and adjustments to support production schedules
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and document all repairs and parts used
- Follow safety and food quality standards (GMP, HACCP, and plant sanitation requirements)
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Maintain an organized work area and ensure tools and spare parts are properly stored

Job requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience (preferably in food or beverage manufacturing)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding, and basic fabrication a plus
- Understanding of safety practices and regulatory compliance (OSHA, GMP)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed
- Background check and drug screening required
