Job Title: Information Systems Specialist
Work Setting: In-person (Palm Desert, CA)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5pm

Job Duties:

Oversee acquisition, retention, and production of all information in systems

Systems Management

• Ensure proper implementation of all new systems and integration with existing systems.
• Master essential functionalities of Microsoft Office, portals and HRIS for operation.
• Input acquired data as needed in systems and ensure data integrity and upkeep.
• Manage all ongoing information changes and adjustments in systems as needed.
• Ensure proper organization of information for retention and storage in a meaningful way.
• Conduct quarterly audits of all systems to make sure all information is up to date.
• Produce reporting and recall of systems information on a regular cadence for management.
• Produce ad hoc reporting and recall of information as needed for management.
  
  Information Analysis
• Oversee inflow of all information through email, chat, mail, etc. for evaluation.
• Review all information and requests for proper resolution or redistribution.
• Manage document fillings and keep all records well organized and standardized.
• Create and maintain well organizing labeling system for information and documentation.
• Conduct quarterly audits of filing system and documentation to keep it up to date.
• Partner with management on process engineering and data analytics for improvement.
• Analyze information for gaps and areas of improvement and make recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred, bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in information systems management and HRIS.

Pay: $60,000- $80,000
